Flavours of Delhi is a casual café spot tucked along Old Manali Road, known for channeling authentic Northern Indian dhaba vibes amidst the chill of the Himalayan foothills. It’s less about trendy café culture and more a place where hearty, homestyle food meets the mountain setting — perfect for those looking to nestle into warm, filling meals after a day of wandering the Old Manali trails.

The café’s focus is clearly on classic Delhi-inspired comfort food, with a concise but well-honed menu. The Chole Bhature and a variety of momos—from Nutella Banana Walnut to traditional mutton steamed versions—stand out as signature choices. The straightforward menu setup seems designed to keep quality consistent rather than spread too thin, which is appreciated by both regulars and first-timers alike. The Indian breads like aloo and paneer parathas add to the feeling of a genuine North Indian breakfast or dinner experience that’s unfussy and satisfying.

Atmosphere-wise, the setting feels like a neighborhood dhaba transplanted onto the slopes of Manali — informal, approachable, and warmly personal. The café’s hospitality reflects this too; it’s run by a welcoming couple whose presence adds a familial touch, making visits feel like sharing a meal at a local’s home rather than a tourist trap. The indoor seating is cozy enough to escape the cold, while the laid-back vibe encourages lingering over food and conversation.

This spot works well for travelers looking for traditional Indian dishes with authentic flavors in a relaxed, homely setting. Locals or visitors stopping by for breakfast or dinner will find that the portions are generous, prices remain budget-friendly, and the food brings a welcome dose of warmth during colder days in Manali.

The best times to visit would be during breakfast or early dinner hours when the kitchen’s freshly made chole bhature or various momos are at their prime. Though service can be a bit humble and unhurried, the food’s earnestness and the inviting environment more than compensate for it.

Flavours of Delhi is truly a gem in Old Manali! The aunty cooks with pure love and the uncle is so kind and helpful — it honestly felt like eating at home. Their aloo sabji with puri, chole bhature, and parathas are must-try dishes — full of that real desi Haryanvi taste. We stayed in Old Manali for 4 days and had our breakfast and dinner here every day. Both aunty and uncle are super sweet — they even lent us their speaker without any hesitation. Best pure veg restaurant in town, and the warmest people you’ll ever meet. Thank you, uncle and aunty

One of the most amazing restaurants with mind-blowing taste. Highly recommended if you are in old Manali. The hosts are very humble and serve you with joy. I tried chole bhature and I can say that they are one of the best I have ever eaten. And the menu is also budget friendly so do visit it

This cafe provides exactly what was missing in the cold weather amidst the mountains in Manali - Momos! I frequently visited this cafe during my stay in and around Manali. Their menu is a no-nonsense one, which enables them to maintain the quality of preparation intact. I have tried a lot of varieties, the mushroom cheese momos, chicken cheese momos, steamed chicken momos and steam mutton momos. Their chutney is just the right amount of spicy, which complements the momos the way it should. Interestingly, the skin of their momos is almost transparent and yet they hold their shape and quite juicy. They prepare the momos as fresh as possible, and that's what stands out for me. And oh, one of the best ones were kurkure chicken momos! Also, their beverages are quite underrated. I loved the hot chocolate and cold coffee. You just can't miss this cafe if you are in Manali! The owners are super sweet and try to accommodate everything you ask for. They have set up a nice cozy place, with each and every corner designed by hand. Yes! Even the tables, the seating area has been cut, designed and placed by them. How cool is that! One of the most passionate people I have met for sure
